For this project, we took on the challenge of meeting these homeowner’s needs for both the internal & external areas of their home.
The Project
PVC Plantation Shutters

Veri Shades
Now that the windows are sorted with the best shutters on the market, the customers needed a solution for their sliding doors and what better way to tackle this than with stunning Veri Shade Curtains. Veri Shades are an innovative alternative to traditional blinds and curtains, providing a modern and elegant look while softening the space with its sheer look. The combination of Shutters & Veri Shades is a Pazazz classic as it allows the homeowner to completely filter all light and privacy on every single window and door, no matter the size.

Motorised Zipscreen Awnings
Inside complete, time to think about the outdoors! As the home design included both a downstairs alfresco and large upstairs deck, the homeowners wanted to create an indoor/outdoor space and have the ability to entertain in times of the afternoon where the sun is shining directly into the area and insects buzzing around. Motorised Zipscreen Awnings just had to be the choice. With the press of a button, the homeowners are able to bring down the awnings either at their desired level to block out that sun, or all the way down to seal off the area from unwelcomed bugs. The choice of mesh fabric also means that they don’t have to sacrifice air-flow & the stunning ocean view. Excellent choice!

External Aluminium Shutters – Bi-Fold
Finally, the homeowner needed a product for either end of their upstairs deck that could withstand all wind speeds and very harsh weather conditions, keeping the majority of rain out and the cross breeze coming through the opening sides. External Aluminium Shutters were a perfect choice, adding a touch of continuity by adding an external version of a Plantation Shutter in this space. But what about the stunning water views? Wont the louvers obstruct vision? Firstly, the choice of larger 114mm blades seems to be the go for External Shutters as the gap between each louver is bigger than standard 89mm blades, improving the level of vision when the blades are open. Secondly and most importantly, our External Aluminium Shutters can also be installed on tracks which includes the Bi-Fold system. This allows the homeowner to completely fold the shutters away towards the home, allowing them to take in such an incredible coastal view. What a way to complete such an amazing project.
