You’re welcome to visit our showroom in Warners Bay (15 minutes from the Newcastle CBD) to see our Defendoor range in person, or our team can visit you at home! We’ll provide brochures, design advice and recommendations around materials so you can feel confident moving forward with Pazazz Blinds & Shutters.


There’s no pressure to make a decision on the day. We’re committed to providing the best customer service in Newcastle — we don’t focus on sales goals! We’ll leave you with brochures and a quote so that you can make an informed decision about your next investment. Simply get in touch if and when you’re ready for Defendoor Security Screens!

Step 2

A free measure & quote

During our initial design consultation, we’ll take precise measurements of your window frames so that we can provide a competitive quote on the spot. We never “guesstimate” when it comes to our quotes — we base our prices on the size of the window, the materials and the product you’ve chosen. 

Remember, this is a free service!

Step 3

Supply & installation

Once you have approved the finer details of your Security Window Screens, we’ll send the specifications to Defendoor to be manufactured. Because their factory is located here in Newcastle, you can expect a quick turnaround from Pazazz!

Once your new Security Windows and Screens have returned to our showroom in Warners Bay, we’ll be in touch to book a convenient time for installation.

As we offer long warranties on all of our products, it’s important that we install your Defendoor Security Windows for you. We have an in-depth understanding of the product and will ensure your windows are installed to the manufacturer’s standards — ultimately securing your warranty!

FAQs about your new Defendoor Security Screens

For the most premium, long lasting security screen we recommend the Defendoor TOUGH (316 Marine Grade) product. Defendoor PERF is excellent for wider spanning windows & Defendoor LOW-VIS offers the perfect solution for privacy.

Regular maintenance is required to comply with the product warranty. We recommend wiping down with water and a soft bristled brush, however for best results we also offer the Defendoor Supa Wash Concentrate.

We have 4 materials available with our Fly Screen products – Fibreglass, Stainless Steel, Midge & Paw Proof.

Yes. Our Defendoor TOUGH Fire Escape System is designed for a quick and easy escape in the event of a house fire or any other emergency.
