The initial design consultation

You’re welcome to visit us at our showroom in Warners Bay to see the Defendoor range in person, or we can visit you at home for a free measure and quote. Our team will listen to your style and security requirements, take precise measurements, and share colour and design options to match your home.

We offer this service throughout Newcastle, Maitland, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens and the Hunter Valley.

Step 2

A free measure & quote

During the measure and quote process, we’ll take detailed measurements to provide a competitive quote. We never “guesstimate” when it comes to our quotes — we base our prices on the size of the space and the product of your choice.

Step 3

Supply & installation

Once you have approved the finer details of your Newcastle Security Doors, we’ll send the measurements off to Defendoor to be manufactured. Because their factory is based in Newcastle, you can expect a quick turnaround!

For the most premium, long lasting security screen we recommend the Defendoor TOUGH (316 Marine Grade) product. Defendoor PERF is excellent for wider spanning doors & Defendoor LOW-VIS offers the perfect solution for privacy.

Regular maintenance is required to comply with the product warranty. We recommend wiping down with water and a soft bristled brush, however for best results we also offer the Defendoor Supa Wash Concentrate.

Absolutely! Pet doors are an option for all our Security Doors. We use the trusted Petway brand for the most comfortable experience for you and your fur babies.

A triple lock system is required for any security door to meet Australian Standards and be classed as a “Security Door”. We highly recommend including a triple lock for optimal security.
